So, those with a creative bent (maybe I should re-word that...), what is the best software you've come across for creating DVDs?

Ive used TMPGEnc DVD Author, it can automatically make chapters at a time interval that you decide, it also allows you to make basic, yet fairly nice menus. Im not sure if it does the other things you are looking for because ive barely scratched the surface, but its definitely worth a look. I think you can find a free trial too.
