I think the Hammers will have the upper hand here; they have had fewer squad changes, and work better as a team. But I wouldn't count Leeds out at all- they still have some decent players.
They've actually made some pretty good signings, for the squad they no longer seem to have and all the money that's already been spent.
They have as good a chance of promotion as West Ham, if not anyone else - if not slightly better than them even...
