The use of 'you', 'we' and 'us' when you lot are babbling on about your favourite teams..

You're not part of the teams.. You're not a part of the actualy comapny that owns the team.. heck you probably don't even hold a single share in your team...

So WHY THE FUNK do you use 'us', 'we' and 'you' as if you're some part of the team...

Someone explain, please.

Plus fans sometimes end up having to represent/ stand up for their club. Especially when said club (Pompey) have big pink love hearts on their shirts (Which is the best Premiership sponsor by far ;)

Which is hard with me being the only Pompey fan In Nottingham that I know of.

Buh? Pompey "upset" at Ricardo Fuller's move collapsing? Seems to be a blessing in disguise, 1.75 mil from our precious funds could spent better elsewhere.

Thierry Henry luvs us though, maybe we could loan him for a game or two?

lol, know it was just that one time 2.5 seasons ago, when we were poor and coated the pitch in sand to hold it togethre. Then "surprisingly" having been beaten 4-2 charlton thought it was "fair" to have a replay.

The Bridge isn't that bad...It's no Anfield, obviously :)

My Dad and I are members of the Chelsea Pitch Owners (CPO) so we have a share in the pitch. Do I qualify to be able to use the word "us"? :P

This is a question I expect from someone who doesn't follow Football.
