Roasted Vegetable & Goats Cheese Tower Layers of roasted Mediterranean vegetables and puy lentils topped with a slice of glazed goat’s cheese and served with a fresh creamy herb sauce.
Seared Salmon Fillet A succulent seared salmon fillet peppered, lightly grilled and presented on a bed of asparagus and lemon hollandaise sauce.
