Picture it:
You walk past an invisible spy, once your back is turned he breaks your neck.
Sound a bit crap? Think Mercs might just go around shooting everything just incase?
Thankfully an invisible spy cannot move without the invisibility going, also invisible spies should be visible with thermals and hopefully they'll limit the invisible suit to 'one use per life'.
But shouldn't well-designed shadowy and complex levels be enough to hide in without dumbing it down even more?
I'm sure Ubi will balance out the whole claking thing. The spy really needs all the help he can get if the last game's anything to go by. Playing against really good Mercs on certain levels of Pandorra meant you could barely move without getting seen and shot in the face.
haha, N00B!
The new merc moves are quite awesome. You can do a spin thing which knocks the spies to the ground if they are coming up behind you. Once down you can get on top of them and choke them with your gun and whilst doing this you can whisper to that spy, just like speis could do in pandora. Last point about mercs, they have a gasmask and rucksack. The gasmask...well work it out and the rucksack carries extra equipment.Oh there is none of the spy double jumping on your head any more, when mercs get up they give off a sorta eletric thing where it zapps spies jumping on you.
New spy stuff isn't exactly amazing, there are coop moves to get you to high places and thats about it really, other than the suit.
What I played was really good so I will defo be getting it for xbox to play on live.
I should really play SC:PT a lot more - apart from I suck, badly at it. The invisibility suit could be something like the cloak on Halo 2, you can still see the person but as a more watery form.
- Isn't an invisibility cloak a bit too OTT?
