The done thing is to put albums up track by track, and make them available for download, but avoid getting caught by offering premium services and advertising so that in the event of being sued, they don't go bankrupt, and that profits are made.
I don't have Kazaa, for two reasons. Firstly, the legality problems, and secondly the fact that it's full of viruses and spyware.

People don't put full copyrighted albums on websites. That would get them caught. They only use file sharing programs like Kazaa or Bittorrent or eDonkey etc.

I got it on my pc at Home but my cuisin doesn't and it doesn't wanna download the full thing.

Yes, but I can't state any actual names of sites for legal reasons. Try looking for some on Google/Ask Jeeves, or alternatively go to a dodgy music forum. But why not go the whole hog and incur the wrath of copyright law by getting Kazaa? =D
