Someone posted a link in general chat a little while ago where someone replaced the heads of some elves with the heads of badgers, it was a two towers video clip.

Nah, you need 3D studio max or something similar to create levels.

flash is pretty expensive, the professional one is around £300,
but its alot better, despite the extra £100 price tag.

if you really think animating is for you, it's great, if not there is a free trail at flash.com or something (BIG though)

Yeah. That video is a flash one, so it would have been done with flash... There's probably other ways of doing it, but that'd be the simplest.
You can do it in flash I believe. If TGMBloke were around he'd tell you for sure.
