If its within Outlook or Outlook Express make sure it is attempting to use any available connection as it sounds like it is set to only connect through a specific connection, or change it to your current ISP's and see if this fix's it.
the connection just does not seem to work. But i will attempt it again.
Yup, also if your ISP has an SMTP server which can relay emails, you can send out through their SMTP server but you need to be connected to Freeola.
What happens when you attempt to read your email on the other ISP and which program do you use?

You can download your messages without dialing up, you just can't send emails using Freeola's servers unless you're using their connection.
