My dad got offered £1million a year to go and work in Saudia Arabia, but as Duck pointed out, there is all sorts of risks and malarky. Plus laws which lead to the removal of limbs if broken.

That sounds very realistic for western staff over there (I remember seeing something about a dead trucker making crazy money too) - ridiculous pay because of the huge risk of death.

A good question on so many levels.
Perhaps 'Who are the good guys?' when any civilian could be a potential assailant/suicide bomber. Or perhaps (yeah right) they deal with the questionable good intentions of those who have, well lets face it, invaded Iraq under false pretences?

Fair enough. Appears strange at first, but then you realise it's basically a straight forward job application, that includes training in the cost.
