I've just listened to a couple of samples of it. Sounds good, does anyone know what the whole album's like?

Volume 3 is definitely their best album so far, but what does everyone here think of Slipknot (self-titled album)? Some knot fans i know dont like it at all, but you cant deny that 'Wait and Bleed' is one of their best songs.

I'm not the biggest fan of Slipknot. But I can tell you, as I've listened to so much more of it than I really deserve to, thanks to my mates. I DO recommend "Volume 3: The Subliminal Verses", however.

It has no swearing in it, unlike the other albums. Corey Taylor has actually learnt to sing. Some songs are also nice and mellow to even go to sleep to, featuring accoustic guitar and harmonies.

I own this album, it is their only album I like to be honest. Songs I would definitely recommend are: "Preude 3.0", "Duality", "Circle", "Vermillion Pt 2", and "Danger - keep Away".

"Prelude 3.0" is also going to be in the all new "Doctor Who" series.

Kinda. I have all the songs in MP3, my mate has the album and i put it on the cpu. The songs are ok, but nowhere near as good as the new stuff. The vocals are just poor.

I'd say the album is average. Get Vol. 3. That one's easily my favourite Slipknot album. It has a whole variety of different style songs.

I'm not keen on it now, still like Left Behind but that's it. I used to listen to Slipknot when I was at school, then I realised they weren't as good as I thought.
