The latest genius idea comes from Reading East MP, Labour's Jane Griffiths who has decided that she has a good idea on how to assist paedophiles in not offending again when they are released from prison.
Miz Griffiths thinks that it would be a good idea if church groups adopted local paedophiles and actede as mentors do these perverts. Talking to them and helping them not to re-offend will be the answer says La Griffiths.
I can just see all the Miss Marple types with their blue rinse and Home Made Jam sitting down with a cup of tea chatting about the perverse desires of paedophiles with Pete the Pervert. For a start these groups would probably be overrun. I reckon there are more paedophiles on the street than there are churchgoers. Why would they want these scumbags in their midst anyway and even if they did, are they able to do the job.
Paedophiles are highly dangerous. They are never cured no matter how much counselling you waste on them. Griffiths effectively acknowledges this as a fact by her very suggestion.
