Explain this to me.
If the story never ends, how can there be a second one?

Madness.

And also, in the original 'Neverending Story' the narrator says "The End."
This is a blatant contradiction.

I think I might sue because of the wildly misleading title.

I have no idea.
I think Sebastian might have been in it but he was more 'grown up'.

That could be my mind making things up again though.

The luck dragon was so stupid.
It wasn't even a dragon. It was just a giant dog.

Didn't they use a different kid in no. 2?

I now remember the bit I was talking about.
It was something like:

"Sebastian went back to Fantasia and had many more adventures. Then he came home. The End."

Heh, I haven't seen the original for years and years...but I remember that bit about it. The story of imagination interacted with reality, and in turn allowed Sebastian to bring the dragon to life with his imaginary wishes in order to get his own back on the bullies...

Hang on...I remembered his name!

Getting technical are we, funnyman?
I haven't seen this film since I was about 8, how would I remember all the tiny details?

Titling a film "The Neverending Story" suggests that it is a Neverending story. Disgraceful.

The Never Ending Story is the story of imagination. The film titled "The Never Ending Story" is about that, and isn't the actual Never Ending Story.

If that confuses you, then the film is obviously too clever for you.

Then why does the narrator quite clearly state "The End" as the story concludes?

No other film has ever had such a misleading title.

But it could just be continuing from the first, just split up. Who'd want to waste their life watching a movie?
