Rice Boys is a kind of "inside joke" name for boy racers.
basically, when car modding (read: butchering) first started becoming popular, a way of increasing the volume of your car was to punch some holes in the exhaust and then put a cut rice pudding can over the tip so it was louder and looked bigger.
yes, they really WERE that lame... and very little has changed.

Yea I know, no problem. But at least I do have some knowledge about cars so I'm not going to mess up any of mine. I have a PDA in Motor Vehicle Systems and I have worked in a garage, so I have at least some clue about what I'm doing.
