I've decided that after this years absolute appaling luck when it comes to supporting sports teams that i'm going to follow the london scum (:-D) in a hope that my horrible luck rubs off on them. Examples of my appaling luck are:
United having a terrible season
The LA Lakers losing the Playoff final after beating 3 much better teams then their final opponents
The Seattle Mariners already being 12.5 games back before the baseball season even reaches halfway
Deciding to support Portugal in the final only for them to lose
The Tampa Bay Bucs not even making the playoffs after winning the superbowl
Sugiyama losing in Wimbledon
Montoya being nowhere in the F1 championships
So i'm committing the most blasphemous of acts and following the evil reds from our Capital for the upcoming season. So if they get relegated after not winning a game you know who to blame :-D
I knew stepping on that mirror under the ladder with a black cat on top of it was going to be bad luck
