Also, the person who bought also lives in Australia!
I might see how much they're thinking of selling it for, I reckon they'd try and completely rip me off, not that I'm going to buy it anyway...

It's actually illegal now for someon to take a domin name and then try to sell it for more than they paid for to a person or company who may want it for them selves.
As it's a .co.uk domain and you wanted it for trademark oir whatever, you could appeal to nominet to have the domain transfered to you uner itellectual property i think.
