Radlinker as an over clocking tool for their GPU? Seems pretty decent and fairly user friendly? I grabbed it yesterday and managed to have a fiddle around with it, noticed a pretty decent increase in game performance with Far Cry - everything turned up to the highest setting. Increase the stock speed of my 9800 XT by about 60-65MHZ whilst keeping it stable and I also managed to increase the speed of the memory by around 30 whilst still keeping games running stable.
Sounds a bit cheap and nerd like but I had a 7-8 FPS increase on Far Cry which was impressive, made the outdoor sections flow like a dream.
