I've recently acquired an album by a band called Mineral. Usual emo/rocky/me kinda stuff, but it's from 1998, their last album.
For some reason, it makes me kinda sad to have a last relic of their band, 6 years after it was released 'posthumously'. Of course, I have the most embittered rage over the Pumpkins not being about, but this is different - I've just discovered them so long after they disappeared. Seems bizzare. With Nick Drake, it's not so odd. Same with Elliott - got their albums, then discovered they baggered off about 3 months before I got False Cathedrals.
Just seems odd - an odd feeling I impulsively had. Same searching for the afterbands of theirs on Amazon, and Rival Schools - last albums released in 2002....just wondering where these people are....
Muh?
What?
Oooo, this song's nice..
