Right well, where shall I begin?
It didn't hit me that I was getting married until we were standing their just about to give our vows, became pretty nervous then and nearly screwed up my words but it went ok. The ceremony lasted around 20-30 mins with cake and champers soon after. Whilst we were doing that I had to do the dreaded speech which I had pre written and luckily memorised so it came out fine, cracked a few jokes in the middle which people actually laughed too (phew!) we then had some food and more drinks and got congratualted by friends and family.
In the evning we planned to go for a meal and several drinks, got a good turn out of approx 50 people at the resturaunt and to be honest we drank more than we ate and when you've had a tiring day it doesn't take long to get hammered (you probably know that anyway since your an alchy ;) we stayed till they shut and they literally had to kick us out at the end. It was my sisters birthday yesterday so we got her a cake and drank some more and again was hammered.
All in all im very happy and the day went brilliantly.
