Just been watching it on BBC Three, bored, late night

What do you think of this year's effort?

Who has been your favorite act so far?

Was there. Mud was a tad unpleasant. I also got the worst sunburn EVER and currently look like the Singing Detective.

Didn't see Oasis or McCartney (I mean, who cares really?), but saw Muse. I've never owned any of their stuff, but they were superb. I read yesterday that their drummer's dad was there and died about an hour after their set ended. So sad.

Highlight for me was Damien Rice, who was amazing.
Also great were Zero 7, Goldfrapp, Amy Winehouse, Soulive, Quantic Soul Orchestra, even Joss Stone was impressive and (of course) Elbow were top. James Brown was embarrasingly past it.

Supergrass weren't higher up the bill as I believe they were there to replace The Libertines, who pulled out despite Pete Doherty giving rehab a real go.

Muse and Kings of Leon were outstandingly good. Supergrass, Hope of the States and Elbow were all also really good of the bands I saw. Screw the toilets though, I went for six days without going for a number two |o/

MarkF Muse were headlining cause they are great :P Nuff said. and Morrissey has been around the business a long time, I remember him in the 1980's

Shame that BBC's coverage was crap.

Agreed.

You really didn't miss much. They were really crap - can't perform live at all.

Muse did it for me, stayed up and watched it all last night. It was excellent.

Just watched Scissor Sisters again, they were really good live, may have tempted me to get the album.

Keane were OK live but the songs are too hard for him to sing at some points.

I don't like Morrissey, I don't really like Oasis, Supergrass were good too.

Missed loads of stuff I'd like to have seen though:

Goldfrappe
The Stills
Franz Ferdinand

Can't be bothered to list any more...

Oasis were average, Liam's vocals were poor.

Muse were by far the greatest, Supergrass were alright. Morrisey was pretty poor mind.

Only really saw Sunday. Franz Ferdinand and Snow Patrol quite good.
