I went to see this on Saturday and it was fantastic. It's a Russian film about two boys whose father turns up at their house after being absent for years and then takes them on a trip. It looks beautiful, and it gets incredibly tense; the dad is really scary; the younger boy looks like my wee brother did when he was grumpy. It's excellent. Me and my crappy 'review' recommend it.
Subtitled, yes. Communist, no, unless it's very subtle.
