Could someone tell me if it is possible for me to get a new user ID and reset my feedback but keep my card on it?

Stridman, make sure you completely remove your card from your existing account or it'll be rendered useless forever.

I cannot use my Switch card on eBay/Paypal anymore. I had them set up on my Dad's account yonks ago, decided to open my own account, closed my dad's since he never used it, then found out My card was still registered with that account and there was no way of me re-opening the account to delete the card.

Now I must use my Credit Card - which I don't like doing.

You can change your user name once every 30 days, your feedback profile isn't affected(sp).
