Police are searching for a mugger who attacked a student and then sped off in a wheelchair.

The Sun says the disabled thief grabbed the 22-year-old victim's takeaway Chinese meal on a Northampton street.

When the student protested, the mugger's accomplice punched him in the face.

The two muggers then sped off, leaving their victim bruised and bleeding.

Police said: "The offenders were laughing during their crime."

Would have been more funny had they not beaten up the guy just for a chinese meal.

When I was on holiday I saw this lady who had an electric whellchair and she drove it to the other side of the boat ferminal, paked it then got up and walked outside, scary.

I would like to take this opportunity to say that at the time this heinous crime took place I was with Mystique - she said she was hungry, so we went for a Chinese.

Actually, i bet if he had one of those super lightweight wheelchairs he could pick up quite a bit of speed.

Its the perfect getaway vehicle.
