If you've just hit the mark today then you'll be promoted to regular when the server resets (or whatever it does) sometime tonight. When you come on tomorrow you should be a reggy.
oh sorry, yeah it doesnt happen instantly, you have to wait 1 day. So tomorrow or is it midnight? Cant remember :)
