My mum wants a mobile phone but it has to be cheap because she will proberly not use it to much. Also a color is important and easy to use, she can't use technology well. If you've got any suggestions please post them here.
Why is the colour screen important if she don't get to use it much?
if you have a debit or credit card sign up for eBay and buy one, they'll be cheap.

Yus, 3510i is your best bet for a budget colour phone.

The Nokia 7210 is rather nice and simple with a colour screen.
A little bit larger but with a colour screen and very simple is the 3510i - quite a nice simple phone, will probably do the trick and can be picked up for around £50 on eBay, or £80ish new.
