The American's have a new deal from Sega, the Dreamcast and a keyboard come free when you sign up to 2 years of their web access. Assuming this comes across the Atlantic, Sony will be sunk.
Picture it; you're in the shops, and there are 2 consoles on the shelf. One has proven itself, has a nice range of titles available, and is dirt cheap. The other has a few lame games available that are not any better than the original PS (now you know which is which), hasn't proven its worth and you'll have to pay through your nose to get one. Which would you go for?

Look, the deal with the DC in the US is this. When u sign up for Sega's ISP, then u either get $200 and a free keyboard if u already have a DC, or a free DC and keyboard. However, the subscription for the ISP is $21 a month, and you have to sign up for 2 years... So Sega make a massive profit. However, it will be very successful, because after u have taken the cost of a DC and keyboard away from the cost of the ISP, it turns out to be cheaper than things like AOL. More importantly, people will sign up because there will be very little lag on games!
errrr, i'd wait for the Dolphin, because I don't like the sound of paying through my nose, that would look strange at the till, oh well must just be me, and why is the Dreamcast `Dirt Cheap`? I thought it cost £200! that's not cheap mate.
