Was driving home earlier on, approached a junction ready to turn right. A learner was approaching and driving a bit odd, thought must be a newish driver and not used to junctions.
As it got nearer there was only one person in the car so it must have been the instructor, reason for the crap driving was she was on the phone.
So I did what came naturally to me, sounded my horn and gave her a gesture to let her know she shouldn't be on the phone.
She did eventually pull over after another few turns, which she failed to indicate for.
Its not as if she didn't know better, there was plenty of room before the first junction to pull over and talk. She is supposed to teach people how to drive yet she herself drives like a mong on her phone.

Same thing happened to me a few months ago, except it as a naughty learner that was driving stupidly and on her own i soon found out. I though this must be a learner so i bumped her in the back of the car, the police came and i said it was her fault and i got 150 pounds in compensation :D
