Extra photos or making your listing in bold type or purple band to stand out more cost extra, but an average listing will be around 20p. Then they take 5% of the final price of the item IF it sells.

Don't say cheers, his post wasn't even helpful. If you sell something that goes for £4.99 then you only pay £0.20 plus 5.25% which is about 26p but then they charge you VAT so the total would probably be £0.55 and the £4.44 is all yours. Use the link that someone's already given to see all the charges.

Yahoo! Auctions use to cost £0.00 for listing auctions and charge 0% of the auction total. They closed that years ago though.

I thought you wanted to buy not sell Trish?

It depends mainly on what the reserve price is. Property and vehicles are excluded from that though.

Only £1.50 when the reserve is above £30. With a reserve of less than a pound it is only 15 pence.
