A lot of that sounds remarkably familiar to me, i don't take any medication at all either, i've got a lot of history with the doctors and hospitals and i try to avoid going as much as possible but sometimes youve just got to get on with and do whats best, if it's bad you have to get it sorted.

Of course you can, there's no such thing as can't with this, bring someone with you and they'll hopefully stop you from bolting.
