I've made some changes since last time I did this forum - mainly the colour scheme and title.
What do you think of it now?
My main concerns:
- How well does the black text stand out against the background on your monitor ? Does it read easily ?
I'm thinking of chaning to a lighter colour, or maybe introducing navigation buttons instead of normal text links..
- What do you think of the title text graphic ?
I tried both blocks of text with shadows, but it looked too clutered. Maybe it'd be better with the top bit without shadow, the bottom bit with.
I figured on a grey shadow as the black might be a little too similar to the background. I might change that though...
Could change the main bit's font too...
Any other comments?

Gah, I already have the width=100% attribute in my top table tag, I don't know what else I can do to fix it.
Hmm, maybe a long line of text in a white font so it doesn't show up.. could force the table to fill the page...

Gah, I suppose that's because there's nothing to make it fill the entire width of the screen, since it's designed to fit on a 800px display, and the text in the main content cell doesn't ever reach very far across the page.
You are on a 1024 or above monitor, right?
