If I connect a 66ATA and 100ATA HD on the same channel both will run at 66ATA yes?

Ill do some file system benchmarks in Sandra and see what difference it makes.
Update: It acctually makes no difference, same transfer rate both times, with and without the 2nd HD.

To Be Hounest matey you probably won't see much differance, The main performance killer on a hard disk drive is the spindle speed (i.e 5400rpm or 7200rpm).
