Trolley.

It's a Royal Mai lTrolley that the postmen use to lug around their mail in the mornings.

It's horrendously similar to the one on http://www.bondmailrooms.com/acatalog/Trolleys.html
http://www.bondmailrooms.com/acatalog/Trolleys.html

The description on the site is;

Post-boy trolley Ref: 023021
Our 3 Pannier Delivery Trolley (PDT) is a compact manually operated, mobile, post persons trolley designed specifically for transporting mail around delivery walks.

Supplied with three flexible shower proof panniers, the trolley comprises of a tubular steel framework, and incorporates a telescopic manoeuvring handle and four large diameter wheels with durable rubber tyres to minimise rolling resistance and assist manoeuvrability.

A self-adjusting foot brake is incorporated on the lower rear framework, which brakes the rear wheels when stationary.

Carrying capacity up to 54Kgs. Large wheels for kerb climbing.

Nominal overall length: 1180mm
Rear wheels width: 600mm
Complete with three lockable panniers:
390mm x 210mm x 390mm

~~~~~~~~~~~
It does say that the carrying capacity is 54Kg. However, the one I have carried my weight on it (approaching 80Kg) so this one is sturdier and better than the one on the site.
Also, mine isn't a neon red colour. It's more like dirty red, since it was in use for a good couple of years.
Also, mine has the Royal Mail logo on the red bags. Which is nice.
Throw me an offer, and I'll consider it.
