Thats what I thought.

It should be in a frame, because no one wants to sit there for 5 minutes not clicking any links while the music loads.

Right, I want some peoples opinions. With the flash music player, should that be as it is, which means if you go to a different page it reloads, or should it be in a popup, or should I use that good old technology of frames to place it in a bottom one?

IE buggers the nav with the borders and it does the white bit wrong.
