What's the deal with the PayPal charge now? I remember reading that people can no longer charge extra for using it, but I'm not sure whether this has come into effect yet?

That's what they've written to me saying with the payment details, but I'm not gonna pay extra if I don't have to. I'll just email them back telling them that I'm paying the normal price.
Anybody know whether this has come into action yet?

I usually just pay it, paypal saves me heaps of effort.

yeah paypal charges the user 25p to take the money from them to the users bank unless its £50 or more.
most charge 5%. while most mount up the money they have in paypal account to over £50 to get it free.
