There is always a chance of food poisoning when you eat out, especially from kebab shops and curry houses, and Mc Donald’s. To put it simply if you didn’t get food poisoning when you ate at any of the mentioned places then you should have bought a lottery ticket, because you were pretty lucky . . .
So if there’s a high chance of getting poisoned, or diarrhea – why do we take the risk? Is it worth the risk? Or should you learn to cook, and bring down the high probability of getting the runs?

Not really, if many people did get food poisioning from those places they would be such down. Especially a large establishment like McDonalds..people always go back for more so thats got to say that it's not that bad!
You could also get food poisioning from home cooking
