Forgot how much I suck at Mortal Kombat 2 :D

It is infuriatingly hard, isn't it?

Considering I used to own at all MK games back in the day, I feel awful that I suck so much now!

GAH!!

Went back and tapped into my SNES tactics of old got all the way to reptile who is the epitomy of gaming gayness: every move I try in whatever combination is either blocked or he gets a move in before me and just for kicks the little S.O.B. can go invisible!

I think I'm going to learn a finisher just so when I finally beat him I can tear his heart out through his chest and laugh madly!

Edit: Just come up against Liu Kang who used the 'oh so very varied and original' tactic of continually firing rapid fireballs at me so I couldn't get near him at all for 2 rounds in a row. Evil scum.

I think it might have something to do with it being the arcade version, so it's designed to keep people putting in their change. I remember the SNES version being fairly easy until you got to the 3rd/4th battle.

It is really hard I thought. I played it the other day and it was a lot harder than I remember. Had my ass handed to me.
