You may find that someones key-genned your code, meaning you'll have to contact Blizzard to sort of prove it's yours.

It's the same charges across all servers, but it starts at £8.99 (I think) per Month, then:
£8.69 in 3-Month bundles
£7.99 in 6-Month bundles
I think that's the charges, if not, the real ones won't differe too much.
