I have just opened a Paypal account but I dont really know how to use it.
I will only be using it to send money to people but how do i do it?
My card dad's credit card is registered to it so if i go to "Send Money" will it send the amount I demand from the card registered or do I have to transfer the money from My dad's card to the Paypal account?

Well IF the seller accepts PayPal then when you have won an item you get an e-mail saying that you have successfully won an item and you must pay. There will be a link, click on the link to complete the payment. Put in your details.
IF the seller does not accept PayPal then you will have to find another mode payment.

Just send it straight from the card, theres no need to actually put money into your account.
