What a crap season.
I bet they're regretting getting rid of Makalele now. Although they always buy one 'Galactico' each season, this time I reckon they need to totally revamp that defense. Samuel, Ayala, whoever they can get, they should get. A defensive midfielder wouldn't go amiss either, if Frank Lampard wants to leave, they should snap him up.
And stop selling/loaning players! This season, in the past few games, Eto'o, Morientes, and Luis Garcia destroyed them. All former Madrid players...
Get rid of Carlos Quieroz as well, he's awful.
EDIT: I forgot to mention, they just lost to already-relegated Murcia 2-1, Luis Garcia scoring two and Guti scoring a late conolation.

Anyway football has gone totally crazy this year, Monaco and Porto in the Champions league final and Real Madrid and Man United may not even be in it next year. If you had told me that was going to happen at the start of the season i'd have given you a slap and told you to get real.

Well, they actually went out at the Champions League Semi-Final to Juventus under Del Bosque. But yeah, they still did the double in Spain and he went... and failure to win the Champions League this season, as well as either of the Spanish trophies, means Quieroz is definitely out.
