"A Slovakian news site has published a lengthy report that claims journalists from the UK tabloid the Daily Mail falsified information in a story about immigrants to the UK.
The Roma Press Agency (RPA) claims that the journalists could not find any Slovak Roma (referred to as Gypsies by the Mail) that were planning to leave for Britain, so paid for the flights for several unemployed Roma men.
"They kept phoning their head office until they finally agreed with their bosses that should they find no one, they would simply pay for the plane tickets of some interested people," the story states."

Doubtful though.
It's difficult to argue in favour of restricting freedom of speech in the press when they're spreading plain biggotry instead of outright lies. However much we disagree with their views, that's not the point.
Inciting hatred is the point, but it's difficult to conclusively justify restricting freedom of the press because of it. You can make a strong argument in favour of it, in that their hatred ultimately hurts all their victims, oppressing their rights. So you restrict the papers' rights a little to prevent the worst oppression.
It's starting on a dangerous road though.
Personally, if implimented well, I think such restrictions could be very positive, but it'd be very hard to legislate.
Nevertheless,
Since I vehemently dislike the Mail, I can only hope they're kicked in the nuts repeatedly and hard over this. Assuming it is true, which seems highly plausable.
Last Daily Mail cover I paid any attention to;
'THE BECKHAM FIASCO CONTINUES (i.e, oh aren't we so high and mighty to care'
So they devoted 2/3rds of their front page to it..
UTTER GOBSHITES!
AAAAAAAAARRGGHGGHGHHGA!
*ahem*
Maybe this is the time we destroy the crappy tabloids
