Should I get ...

a T630 http://www.sonyericsson.com/spg.jsp?cc=gb&lc=en&ver=4000&template=pp1_loader&php=php1_10117&zone=pp&lm=pp1&pid=10117

... or ...

a Z600 http://www.sonyericsson.com/spg.jsp?cc=gb&lc=en&ver=4000&template=pp1_loader&php=php1_10104&zone=pp&lm=pp1&pid=10104

... ? It's definitely going to be one of these so don't bother trying to recommend other phones. They're both very similar specifications so it's purely down to cosmetics. I'm leaning towards the Z600 at the moment but not because it costs £1 less than the T630.

Dont know why that is, i had a samsung V200 for about 4-5 months and the signal in my house was always about half, with this 6600 it is full constantly. My mum, dad and sis all have V200's and my signal is stronger then all of theirs as i type. BTW, Samsung V200, nice phone!

Not really wrecking the thread because we are having a discussion, wrecking the thread would be pointless spam.

It's a high maintenance phone - try buying it a ring or something.

The Z one wouldn't open up for me in the picture.
I stroked it and everything ... must be gay.

No worries, mate - Myst made the decision many posts ago.

I had a play on my mate's 6600 a few weeks ago and, while it was gadget-akimbo, it had far too much stuff that I'd never use. I want: SMS, MMS, camera, BluetoothTM, a calendar and a phone.

No, when I said the signal isn't the best I meant the signal. Case in point: both if us using same network, a few feet apart, I can use my Samsung V200 on the underground, he can't even get a signal.

Not network.

Sorry Timmy for wrecking your thread.

Had no problems with mine, the signal is not the phone but the netowrk.
Not too big, bigger then SOME phones, only because it has all the technology out on it, eg camera, video recorder, films, expandable memory, mp3 player, n-gage games, java games ect.

Nah, not a fan of the Nokia 6600. They are bigger, less comfortable, unreliable (my mate has had to have his replaced or repaired 4 times now), and are a bit ugly. Not to mention worse battery life and signal than either the Sony Ericssons or Samsungs on the market.

What they are good for however is modifying.

Thanks!
Thank you for dealing with this so promptly it's nice having a service provider that offers a good service, rare to find nowadays.
Wonderful...
... and so easy-to-use even for a technophobe like me. I had my website up in a couple of hours. Thank you.
