Just thought I'd post this to wish anybody sitting their English Higher exam good luck tommorow (Friday) and also any AS / A level candidates down south :D.

By 12pm tommorow our close reading and 2 essays will be written, waiting for the critical eyes of the markers!

So anyway, good luck!

Next week today my first exam is. An hour and a half, staring at questions and clicking and typing at a computer terminal with a crappy chair - torturous indeed, and that's outside exam conditions.

I was gonna do the restaurant scene, folled by the scene at home, but I decided that was two scenes, and it onjly asked for one.

Well, it doesn't matter now.
It's over with, hopefully forever.

I'll give you a shout in three months when I get my results.

To hell with ye :D

As for SG's, you don't need luck, just a bit of common sense :P

The Close Reading wasn't great but equally not terrible.

maddmun, I did Drama question 3 (Intense emotional scene) and Poetry question 15 (Simple event whch leads to deeper understanding). The former on 'Death of a Salesman' (was OK) and the latter on 'Futility' (which I royally buggered up).

Got Graphic Comm. on Wednesday!
