I've just found out that Anthony Ainley, the man who played The Master in Doctor Who for many years, has died.
He played the character in a way that just oozed classic villian, without going over the top (ok, so perhaps a couple of times...) Anthony played alongside most of the doctors, but really made the role his own during the Tom Baker/Peter Davison years. He also appeared in many films, including James Bond (you only live twice).
He will be well remembered by fans of the series.
