Yus, all GC games have that option these days.
It will have 60Hz yep. Although by no means do all games have it, only the bigger releases usually.
Press and hold B when the GC starts up.

Well thats good news then if they've decided to include a 60hz option as i cant stand borders and the game not running as smooth as it should!
The game has borders automatically, unless you have a widescreen TV and use the Zoom function.
Yeah, that's all to do with your TV.
How can it have borders if it runs at 60hz?

No, the game has borders regardless of tv type. The only difference with widescreen, is that you can zoom in to remove them.
