Just seen it on the news now. A Plastics factory in Glasgow has collapsed as an industrial gas cooker has exploded.

14 trapped, 2 feared dead - the rest are out of the building, some with pretty bad looking injuries.

Something to think about whilst everyone is fapping over E3.

Im surprised by the coverage that its been getting, especially on ITN.

The place looks totally wrecked though, i dont see how anyone could still be alive, especially after chilly night temperatures.

Darwock, have you ever heard the phrase "If I don't laugh, I'll cry"?

It happened in my town about 2 weeks ago actually. Only the slipper factory that Memo mentioned.

It DID happen in my town, around 2 miles from where I live. But what do you expect of people? It is a terrible tradgedy, and if it was a preventable one then that would make it even worse. But I don't know any of these people personally. There is no point in dwelling on bad things just for the sake of it. So unless any surprising new information comes out like Osama was responsible or something equally daft, what is there more to say?

A slipper factory exploded in my town a few weeks back.

The slippers exploded individually out of depression.

An explosion wouldn't suprise you?

But I don't think there's much "surprising" about it, though.

Exclaimation marks are often used to express suprise.

Funnily enough...
