Strange that normal objects such as a door can be portrayed in such a different way.
The blurs are actually pretty funkeh in PS / PSP.

First, I converted it to black + white. Then I made it sharper. Then I added a second layer, and used gaussian blur (a type of blurring effect, hence the name) to blur one of the layers. The made the photo bolder and changed the dimensions to squash it. Oh, and I cropped it too. Ended with the final result.
I did it once with a pic of Yuna...Where is it...
