I was just wondering, does anyone know any programmes to stop spyware and pop-ups from coming up. I have Adaware and Spyware Blaster. Oh and do these two actually do anything? I have protection on etc..

Norton is excellent. The only time I've had to turn it off is when I've used My Coke Music, due to the way it works. It blocks everything useless and doesn't block the good stuff.
You've got Adaware - that will get rid of the spying.
Agreed, Norton is the way.
Get Norton Firewall. Tis rather good. Has a pop up and banner blocker and won't let anything access the internet without your permission.
