I'm downloading a file from fileplanet and clicked an advert out of curiousity. Its for something called "Freevibe" and offers information on drugs, drinking, smoking and other fun stuff for teenagers.

One of the links is "Did you know? Smoking: - Smoking puts dangerous chemicals in your body."

And I though "no s'it Sherlock. Now, curiousity piqued further, I clicked the link and followed the "know the signs" link (I know, I know, I'll get there).......

the following were listed.

* Problems remembering things they recently said or did
* Wheezing
* Coughing
* Bad breath
* Smelly hair and clothes
* Yellow-stained teeth and fingers
* Frequent colds
* Decreased senses of smell and taste
* Difficulty keeping up with sports and athletic activities
* Bleeding gums (smokeless tobacco)
* Frequent mouth sores (smokeless tobacco)

Now, I agree with most (can't comment on the last two, I've never chewed baccie) but

"Problems remembering things they recently said or did" !?!?!?!?!?? WTF?!?!?!?!?!

I smoked for thirteen years. I never had this side effect. Any smokers came across this one, or are they talking out of their a'se?

Have you seen the stickers that you can put over the government ones?

As for the forgetfulness....well, jazz cigarettes certainly do that but I dunno about the government approved ones...maybe Gump smokes; that would explain why he keeps forgetting what all the questions he's been asked are.
