"From what I understand, Emerson and Walter Samuel will be sold," he said in an interview with La Gazzetta dello Sport.

"They are two great players and we need to replace them with individuals who are just as good.

"I would like to see Mexes brought into the defence. I hear great things about him.

"When it comes to replacing Emerson then there is just one player – Edgar Davids of Barcelona. He would be ideal.

"For the left of midfield, I also like the look of Jankulovski, and in attack I'm thinking of Vieri. He would score 40 goals a season here."

-------------

Certainly knows what he wants! Great to hear players speaking thier mind! Not sure that Vieri would score 40 goals a season but i guess he's just licking his ass to try and tempt him to move!

rio can just shut his trap after the season he's "had". becks should never have left, but man yoo don't have the money to bring him back and ferguson wouldn't do it if it cost him his job.

and don, no. when the buck tooth kid can score and set up as many goals as thierry, he can have it outright.

Looks like Totti is setting a trend.

Rio wants becks back and Ronaldo wants RvN and Totti. Pirlo also wants Totti.

His buy-out clause is apparently €100M...Which is quite cheap for you lot anyway. Only about 4 Crespo's worth.

He's a quality manager. He definitely has what it takes, but I don't feel that he will be given any more time. I think we should at least give him one more season. However should he go, as now seems inevitable, Mourinho is the man I would want to succeed him.

As I said. Improbable. But not impossible. And I feel he is the man that would complete our team. He is one of the best in the world right now, and he skill is incredible. I've heard he'd cost around £60 mil which I thought was incredibly cheap and unbelievable, so any idea how much they'd sell for. I don't know if 60 mil is his buy-out clause or whatever. But he'd be a much better acquisition that Beckham at 126 mil, although I would quite like to see Goldenballs at the Bridge....

For Chelsea to be successful next season, two words come to mind:

- Ranieri
- Ronaldinho

Unfortunately I fear that neither will be at the Bridge next season, but I feel these two are the only signings we need to make.

me thinks drogba would be a good strike partner with saha. wouldn't be passed man yoo, but unlikely. i see the likes of liverpool, spanish and itallian sides going for him. maybe newcastle, he would fit into their system well. fulham could replace saha with him for about 6m+

Didier Drogba looks class, If someone like Barca were to sign him in the summer they would be unstoppable.

I think Crespo has just been unlucky this season. I dont think he has ever been fully fit. I dont think a striker will perform to his potential at Chelsea with all the rotation that goes on. Players like Lampard have been good becasue they play in every single game.

You only have to look at how many he scored at Inter in the champs league last season. Also look at inter without him. His international record is also a goal every other game.

Three at the back possibly, I think all three need to be in the first team.

What they really need is a GOOD striker. None of that Crespo crap, get a guy that can score.

You know last night only three players in the starting line up weren't there last season?
