Started my new job today.

Good Job: I get Paid
Bad Job: Not that much

Good Job: It's easy work
Bad Job: It's boring as hell

Good Job: It's within 50 yards of a snooker club
Bad Job: The club is expensive and smells of smoke

Good Job: I got to wear a suit to work
Bad Job: I was the only one who did. Some people don't even wear a tie..

I've been filing for hours. Stupid bits of paper that will never see the light of day again, but have to be filed away with pointless accuracy.
And tomorrow I get to do it again.
And the next day
And the next
[Repeat until September]

Oh well, at least I can sneak in another half hour at the snooker club tomorrow.
I might start putting in some time at the end of the day too, wait for the rush hour to die before I drive home. If I'm not wearing my suit I don't really have to worry about the smoke...

I get to analyse databases all day. 2 years in, and no-one has yet told me exactly what database analysis is . The work is hard, but that's okay cos the pay is dreadful.

I top you both!

30 hours a week with £4/hour pay and it's never easy, always frantic but mostly boring. Where? :-)

Welcome to the Maccy D's madhouse.

:-)

Still, I COULD get another job if I wasn't so lazy! :-D

I got yours beat.

I get to open envelopes. Over and over again. In a cold warehouse. Listening to the seven songs Ten 17 play on a constant loop. With a 16yr old supervisor. For £5 an hour.
