So do you think there will possibly be a The Hobbit film?

But it just seemed... Better.

Nonsense, The Hobbit is a kids book in comparison to LOTR.

But The Hobbit is a better book than The Lord of this Rings books. So i'd reckon not.
New Line won't distribute a film it wants to film itself but can't. Columbia or whoever won't make a film it wants to distribute as well but can't.
And neither studio, surprisingly, are willing to sell their end of the bargain, the LoTR films being so lucrative.
Ian McKellan said he'd return *if* the Hobbit was made.
It would be great if there was probably won't be as good as the other films in LOTR series but too early to say yet.
